indiedomainz provides a secure marketplace for buying and selling domain names. Our services include:

Domain listing and browsing capabilities
Secure payment processing via Stripe Connect
Domain transfer facilitation and verification
Live auction functionality
Transaction security and fraud protection

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Buying and Selling Terms

For Buyers:

Payment authorization occurs immediately upon purchase request
Full refunds available before seller acceptance
Transactions become final and non-refundable after seller acceptance
Domain transfers typically take 3-7 business days

For Sellers:

Free domain listings with 10% commission on sales
72 hours to accept or decline purchase offers
Binding obligation to complete transfer after acceptance
Payment processed within 5-7 business days after transfer

5. Payment and Fees

We charge a 10% commission or minimum 5 USD/EUR/GBP on successful transactions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on their transactions.

6. Prohibited Activities

Listing domains you don't legally own
Using fraudulent payment methods
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks
Providing false information
Engaging in any form of marketplace manipulation

7. Security and Data Protection

We maintain comprehensive security measures and collect necessary information including user agent, IP address, email, authentication data, and payment information to ensure platform security and prevent fraud.

8. Limitation of Liability

indiedomainz operates as a marketplace facilitator. Our total liability is limited to the transaction amount, excluding fees and commissions. We are not responsible for domain valuation, trademark issues, or indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, where indiedomainz operates. Disputes will be resolved in competent Italian courts, though we reserve the right to pursue legal action in any relevant jurisdiction.
